The Society of Publication Designers' (SPD) annual competition seeks out the very best in editorial design work. Judged by a worldwide panel of top designers, the 38th edition celebrates the journalists, editorial directors, photographers and other talented individuals who brought the year 2002 - with all its triumphs and disasters - to our doorsteps and computer screens. Full-page layouts present everything from products to people, objects to events, including work published in a wide range of media and designed by journalistic, design and publishing talent from around the world.
