He has received many awards and honours including First Indira Gandhi Raj Bhasha award and Best Science Writer award by the National Council for Child Education. He has presented many science features, talks and programmes on AIR and TV. Mr. Amit Garg is a Post-graduate in Electronics. Amit Garg was born on August 3, 1972. Presently he is working as a lecturer in Acharya Narendra Dev College, Delhi University. He has authored over six books on popular science in different areas and presented several talks on science over All India Radio, New Delhi.
