Teenage is the time when one is plagued with so many questions about the future. The book is compilation of conversation between the daughter and her father about various problem which she faced time to time- - How to focus? - How to motivate oneself to study? - Why don't people succeed? - How to master emotions and stress? - Self Love - How to be the best version of yourself? The strategies shared in the book are the no-nonsense advise given by the father to her, which are practical and easy to follow. Though the book title may suggest that these advises are only for teens, however these strategies can be used by adults also.
