The final volume was divided into four parts. This monumental work, often considered the most comprehensive resource on India's commercial plants and natural products, categorizes economic products from A to Z. About The Author: Sir George Watt (1851 –1930), a Scottish physician and botanist, served India as the "Reporter" in economic botany, and during his tenure, he authored a taxonomic study on Indian Primulas. His extensive research culminated in the publication of a condensed volume, "Commercial Products of India," in 1908. To honor his remarkable contributions, several plant species bear his name.
