The present book has been designed to meet the growing needs of the modern geographers at the college and university levels. The book aims to introduce fresh ideas as well as more detailed factual information, about the State of Jammu and Kashmir. \nThe Geography of Jammu and Kashmir has incorporated the latest data, information maps, diagrams and statistics. Part One, dealing with physical setting works as a basis for more detailed studies later.
