“ A Poet’s Heart” comprises poetry, prose and short stories. Each of the excerpts in the book consists of layering above it like a shell above the pearl; the reader has to break the shell to reach the pearl of truth. Themes related to love, kindness, faith and the pain of separation are ubiquitous throughout the book; besides all this the book also tells about the paths of life and the ways of finding light from the darkness.
