About John P. Kotter John Paul Kotter is an American leadership expert and the Konosuke Matsushita Professor Emeritus of Leadership at the Harvard Business School. He is a prolific writer, and has 18 books to his name, some of which are: Leading Change, The Heart of Change and Buy-In: Saving Your Good Idea from Getting Shot Down. A graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Dr. Kotter studied his Master of Science and pursued his Doctor of Business Administration at MIT as well. An alumnus of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity, Dr. Kotter has spoken on several international seminars.
