Acnil contains sodium silicate which is a mild abrasive which helps to clear the blocks of the oil glands. once the neck is opened the pent-up oil is cleared by the surfactant isopropyl myristate. once the gland gets cleared of oil oxygen penetrates which becomes a hinderance for the bacteria inside which can only survive without oxygen. The sulphur compound in acnil will kill the bacteria. the acne will start drying and get healed within two to three days.
