Made of stainless steel, it is durable, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. It consists of a cylindrical container with a handle and a perforated disc at the bottom. The container holds the vada batter, while the handle provides leverage to press the batter through the disc for frying. The perforated disc at the bottom of the container has small holes or slits that allow the vada batter to flow through. This creates the characteristic shape and texture of Medu Vada when fried. It can also use in donut making. Direction To Use :Fill the cylindrical container of the Meduvada maker with the prepared vada batter. Hold the Meduvada maker by its handle and position it slightly above the hot oil. Press the handle downwards, allowing the vada batter to flow through the perforated disc and into the hot oil. You can shape the vadas directly into the oil or onto a slotted spoon before gently transferring them to the oil. Fry the Medu Vadas in the hot oil until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides. After use, washed by hand using mild soap and water.
