Lemon pepper is a popular ingredient in many recipes. It is perfect on coleslaw in a burger or sandwiches. Problem is, it can sometimes be difficult to find lemon pepper seasoning in the grocery store for what we are here. The result is a highly addictive concoction we call lemon pepper blend. It all kinds of amazing when you add it to cottage Cheese/Tofu or white rice mixed with a big slab of butter, but we also love to sprinkle it over homemade focaccia and ciabatta before baking.
