All Together Dead is the seventh title in The Southern Vampire Mysteries penned by Charlaine Harris. Sookie wants to take her time to get over Bill’s betrayal and get used to Quinn, the sexy shapeshifter. And she is beginning to get used to being surrounded by all sorts of undead, shapeshifting, changeling and other supernatural beings. Summary of the Book Sookie finds herself going to the long-planned vampire meeting, the destination of choice for every undead power player, as a sort-of human 'Geiger Counter' for Sophie-Anne Leclerq, the vampire queen of Louisiana. But the job is not all that easy. Sophie-Anne's power base has been extremely enfeebled by Hurricane Katrina, and she is even about to be put on trial during the event for killing her king! Sookie is certain about the queen’s innocence, but she is not at all ready to confront other shocking murders. With secret unions and deceptive deals happening, Sookie must choose a side to support as soon as possible, for her choice may mean the difference between survival and complete disaster.
