American Dad is a situational animated comedy show about a dysfunctional family and their daily life. This funny animated sitcom was created by the brilliant Seth MacFarlane of Family Guy fame, Mike Barker and Matt Weltzman and continues to run on television with new episodes. The voices of the characters are provided by the talented Seth MacFarlane, Wendy Schaal, Scott Grimes, Rachael MacFarlane and Dee Bradley Baker. American Dad follows the life of Stan Smith, a republican CIA agent and self proclaimed die-hard American patriot. His beautiful wife Francine Smith is a housewife who has a wild past with sex and drugs. Stan's two children Hayley and Steve bring to life the problems faced by youngsters to become popular. In addition, the family also has two other unconventional members. Roger is a sarcastic space alien that Stan rescues from Area 51 and hides in his attic, while the other is a gold fish named Klaus, who in an experiment gone wrong is left with the brain of a German man.
