About Mahatma Gandhi             Mohan Das Karamchand Gandhi is called the Father of the Nation for his leadership in the struggle for India's freedom. He was better known as Bapuji and Mahatma Gandhi. He completed his tenth from the Samaldas College situated in Bhavnagar, Gujarat. He acquired his degree as a Barrister from the University College London. After an attempt to start his career in India, Mahatma Gandhi went to South Africa only to work as a legal representative. He worked there for twenty one years of his life. He was assassinated by Nathuram Godse in the year 1948.
