This book is written for undergraduate and postgraduate students of Mathematics. It can be used by competitive candidates also. The book starts with errors and their computations. Algebraic and transcendental equations are solved using numerical methods in the following chapter. The third chapter discusses linear systems of equations and their numerical solutions. In the fourth chapter, where polynomials are created for the provided tabulated data, polynomial interpolation is discussed. The next section examines methods for numerical differentiation and integration. In Chapter 6, numerical methods are used to solve ordinary differential equations. Each chapter includes a tonne of examples and tasks to help readers better comprehend the various topics.
