Rolled oats are traditionally grown in Australia. Oats have now become a food staple due to their numerous health benefits. Our jumbo rolled oats are gluten free & vegan. They are rich in dietary fibre & proteins because they are very less processed as compared to instant oats which are commonly available. You can soak them & consume as porridge; roast & grind them into a flour and also use them to make up, Uthappa, laddoos etc. Steel-cut oats or oat groats are the most healthy version of oats available. Steel-cutting produces oatmeal with a chewier & coarser texture than other processes. Also, the process makes sure that the endosperm is intact and hence its healthier. It has a low glycaemic index. Its rich in protein, fibre & antioxidants.
