It's puzzling:Many customers were shocked to find out that Rushwak Tape Measure does not start from 0. But this is no ordinary inchi tape . The product is specifically designed to measure circumferences.In the photo above, the casing is included in the measurement. To make the calculation easier, let's imagine the arm's circumference was 15 inches. If the tape started at 0, the measurement would show approximately 13, because the casing portion is about 2 inches as you see in the next photo. But it is not a mistake:If the inchitapes started at about 2 inches, the measurement would show 15 inches, making it possible to obtain the correct figure without cumbersome mental calculations.
