Aliv seeds, also known as Garden Cress Seeds or Halim Seeds, have many health benefits. Vitamins C, A, and E, iron, folate, calcium, phosphorous, magnesium, and protein are all abundant in them. These seeds have high levels of all essential amino acids. It is annual edible herbaceous crop, preferred rabi season but can be cultivated throughout the year. It is matures in approx 90 days. The plant can reach a height of 50-60 cm. 10 kg/ha seed rate is required for broadcasting method. It produces 11-20 qtl/ha on average.
