Breaker angled correctly located at the middle which breaks coconut in to two equal halves. Protective plastic coat at the bottom for additional grip. It breaks the coconut in a healthy and hygienic manner without draining the coconut water. Coconut can be easily broken on this and water gets stored in the tray.
