We only sell pillows made with 100% filler free memory foam, which are durable and long lasting. We offer a 1-year limited warranty to protect your pillows against any manufacturing defects, which you can avail by contacting our customer care team. We take great pride in ensuring superior most quality, and we hope that you will be satisfied with the comfort of our pillows. However if you are not satisfied, we offer a 10-day return policy and you are welcome to contact us at support@thehuecottage.com and we will happily address all your queries or issues. Our team is here to help you choose the pillows well suited to your comfort and support needs, however we completely understand that pillows are a personal choice, and every person has a different set of expectations and need from it. Incase you experience any smell or odour, please note that these are due to the fresh memory foam smell which usually dissipates after removing the pillow from its outer cover, and airing it out in the sun for a few hours. However, if the smell persists, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Also, all our pillows are delivered in a Vaccum packed, rolled and compressed manner for safe transport and All you have to do, is to unroll the pillow, tear the plastic carefully and allow it to open up to its original size, which mostly takes up to a day or so. Please remember, never to wash the memory foam pad, as it will become stiff and lose its quality. You may remove and wash the outer cover with a gentle wash and mild detergent. The outer covers are made with organic cotton, which is eco friendly and sustainable.
