Cauliflower (Brassica oleracea var. botrytis) is a versatile and nutritious vegetable that belongs to the Brassicaceae family, which also includes broccoli, cabbage, and kale. It is characterized by its compact head, known as the curd, made up of undeveloped flower buds. The curd is typically white, although there are also varieties with green, orange, or purple hues.Seeds will take about 2-3 weeks to germinate. Seedlings should be spaced about 45-60 cm i.e. 1.5 to 2 ft apart. Take optimum care while transplanting as it might disturb the plant growth. The plant will fruit after 3-4 months.
