Audbhidhi flower seeds for all season. Dianthus is a genus of about 340 species of flowering plants in the family Caryophyllaceae. Dianthus is a hardy perennial plant that is colorful, drought resistance and bloom in the first year. The genus Dianthus contains about 300 species, but only a rather small number warrant the attention of home gardeners. The leaves are opposite, simple, mostly linear and often strongly glaucous grey green to blue green. The flowers have five petals, typically with a frilled or pinked margin, and are (in almost all species) pale to dark pink.
