It is indicated for the ill effects of anti-typhoid serum vaccinations. It affects the blood, causing septic conditions, like low fevers and malaria poisoning. Prostration rapid, bed feels too hard on account of soreness of muscles, yet he feels too weak to move. Discharge, stools, haemorrhages etc. are dark in colour. Intermittent pulse, especially in the elderly. Dark spots appear upon the body. Numbness prickling and paralytic feeling over the whole body, especially left side.
