Indicated by clinical experience for peri follicular inflammation. Boils particularly when located on parts thinly covered with muscle tissue, as on shinbones, coccyx, auditory canal. Minute and excessively painful boils in meatus. Curative in states of intense prostration and fatigue. Dry, scurfy accumulation and exfoliation of epithelial scales, etc. styes, phlyctenules.
