Dyspepsia due to farinaceous and fermentable food. Eating even so little creates fullness of stomach with excessive flatulence. Constipation since puberty, last confinement, when away from home, of infants with ineffectual urging. Rectum contracts and protrudes during stool developing piles. Pain in back before urinating; ceases after flow; slow in coming, must strain. Red sand in urine, on child's diaper. Dryness of vagina with burning during and after coition. Discharge of blood from genitals during stool. Chronic gout, with chalky deposits in joints. Sciatica, worse right side, cannot lie on painful side.
