It is indicated for chronic spleen affections and spleen dropsy. For dropsy and Liver disorders and Fistula in alcoholics. Useful in Gout, old malarial cases with flatulence. Heart is irregular, there may be pain in pit of stomach, tottering gait and quivering of hands.
