This dough maker offers three functions in one compact design. It can be used as an atta dough maker, beater, and chopper. This versatility allows you to prepare dough for rotis, chapatis, and other bread items, beat eggs, whip cream, and chop vegetables or fruits. The atta dough maker helps in making dough quickly and effortlessly. Add ingredients, such as flour, water, and oil, to the container, and rotate the handle. On the surface of the bowl and blade apply edible oil. Put the blade on the groove, the center of the bowl. With the given measure cups fill the atta, water, and edible oil in the proportion of 1:1:1. Close the lid and fix the handle. Now rotate the handle for about 2 minutes (10 times clockwise and 3 times anti-clockwise). Add water or edible oil accordingly through the hole below the removable small cap if required. Now Atta is ready to use.
