It is well-known that Goddess Lakshmi is the Goddess of wealth, fortune, luxury and prosperity (both material and spiritual) while Lord Ganesha is revered as the remover of obstacles, the patron of arts and sciences and the ‘Deva’ of intellect and wisdom. Goddess Saraswati is also worshipped along with other major goddesses in the pan-Indian celebration of Navaratri. As the patron of music, she is frequently prayed to by musicians before concerts and, as a goddess of intellectual pursuits, by students before examinations. :- Devi Saraswati is also regarded as a Ganga goddess , Saraswati river is the symbol of purity . So, one must first acquire the intelligence to spend the wealth in the right manner. Therefore, Lakshmi, Ganesha and Saraswati are worshipped together.
