Our Lava rocks are 100% natural and made from original lava from volcano hardened over 100s of years. They are specially selected for garden and landscaping purpose and offer the following benefits - RETAINS MOISTURE AND HEAT - Excellent for retaining moisture in soil and heat from sunlight. Porous nature means they can absorb water as well. LIGHT WEIGHT The rocks are light in weight and can cover large area. Very easy to spread because of light weight. NO FREQUENT REPLACEMENT Since the rocks do not decompose they do not require frequent replacement like mulch. Prevent soil erosion as well.
