He did his Ph.D. (2010) in Control System Engineering from the Department of Electrical Engineering, NIT, Rourkela. He was awarded GSEP fellowship in 2008 for research in control and automation in the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. He has 11 years of teaching experience in different Engineering colleges in India. He has also published more than 30 papers in reputed journals and national / international conferences. His research interests include Evolutionary Computation, System Identification and Neuro-evolutionary computation.
