The Bat-family finds itself up against the Court of Owls organization as they attempt to take over Gotham in Batman: Night of the Owls, a graphic novel by Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo. Batman must face against the Talon,a mythical figure from an old nursery rhyme about Gotham called the Court of Owls. The rest of his family must each face dangers of their own, in a battle against the entire Court of Owls. However, the Talon and the rest of the Court of Owls seem as immortal as the very myth which gave them their name, and the Bat-Family will find that perhaps even they are no match for them. About the Authors Greg Capullo is an American comic book artist and penciller. A Batman fan from the age of four, Capullo currently works on the New 52 Batman titles. He is also known for his artwork on Quasar (1991–1992), X-Force (1992–1993), Angela (1994) and Spawn (1993–1999, 2003–2004). Scott Snyder is an American writer. Beginning at DC with Detective Comics #871, he is also the writer of Batman: Gates of Gotham, Superman Unchained, Swamp Thing and is the current writer for the New 52 Batman titles.
