The third instalment in The Caster Chronicles, Beautiful Chaos is a fantasy novel that traces the events that occur shortly after the previous book in the series, Beautiful Darkness. Summary Of The Book Beautiful Chaos begins from where Beautiful Darkness left off. Lena and Ethan have reunited as a couple now, but her claiming is affecting both Mortal and Caster. Ethan, on the other hand is also experiencing strange happenings all around him. He hears strange voices, sees mysterious writings that no one else can hear or see. He becomes nauseous when he eats the food that he previously loved. He can't sleep at night, as he is woken by nightmares. Ethan also realises that he is slowly losing his memories, and can hardly remember anything properly. Once, he sees the apparition of a stranger in his mirror, but Amma reacts strangely to this event. Ethan and Lena follow Amma on her visit to a male seer. They visit the seer later themselves, and discover to their horror that when Ethan was revived due to a certain chain of events in Beautiful Creatures, his soul was brought back too quickly from the underworld. As a result, it was fractured in the process. This is the reason behind the strange occurrences that he had been facing lately. If his soul is not brought back together, he may as well lose himself completely. Also, with Gatlin completely engulfed in chaos, Ethan and Lena learn that ‘the one who is two’ must be sacrificed to restore peace back in the city. Will Ethan be able to exorcise the demons of his past before it is too late, or will Lena will be left alone and vulnerable once again? The tension and suspense is unrelenting as Beautiful Chaos unfolds, taking the reader on a rip roaring ride. Beautiful Chaos has generally garnered favourable reviews from critics. About The Authors Margaret Stohl, apart from writing books also works in the video game industry for companies like Activision, Electronic Arts. She has  co authored the Caster Chronicles series, which consists of books like Beautiful Creatures, Beautiful Darkness, and Beautiful Redemption other than Beautiful Chaos. She presently resides in Los Angeles, but was born in England. She completed her graduation from Amherst College, where she also won the Knox prize for excellence in english literature. She also has experience as a teaching assistant at Stanford and Yale. Kami Garcia is a teacher and a professional artist, in addition to being a writer. Kami’s writing style has been classified as young adult contemporary fantasy. She presently resides in Los Angeles, but was born in England. Kami Garcia also currently resides in Los Angeles, but was born in USA and grew up in Washington DC. She has completed M.A. in education, and is presently a teacher and reading specialist.
