EL06 is a Passive InfraRed (PIR) Motion Sensor cum Relay Switch that detects moving objects emitting InfraRed rays. Can be used to switch ON Alarm or Lamp or any 230V AC Electrical Load (upto 10 Amps) when PIR Sensor detects motion. EL06 contains a highly sensitive PIR detector and a Fresnel lens to direct the IR rays from the surrounding (detection range < 10 meters) to it. The sensitive electronic integrated SMT circuit is housed in a protruding eyeball that can be swivelled for better sensitivity along the desired direction of motion. It has two adjustable knobs: (1) Timer to adjust the duration (10 seconds to 8 minutes) that the Alarm or Lamp is to be kept ON once the PIR detects motion, (b) Day-Night Mode to operate the Alarm or Lamp only when the Ambient Light drops below the preset value (3 LUX to 2000 LUX). Typical Application: Burglar Alarm to detect intruders / trespassers on your property. Automatic Garage / Garden Light, etc.It is simple to install. EL06 is a safe electrical device and does not emit any harmful rays. Does not contain any batteries.
