Benny and his sister Penny have a new next door neighbour. They are desperate to know more and decide to sneak over the fence. They know it is wrong to sneak into someone else's backyard but their mysterious new neighbour may be a monster and a thief. They go looking around and discover a lot about themselves and even make a new friend.
