Our Ghee is made from pure Cow Milk fat that is churned into butter and thoroughly cleaned to remove impurities and improve the aroma and shelf-life of the product. Our Slocook allows the Ghee to develop its characteristic granule structure that our customers absolutely love. The transparent jar of goodness with its promise of purity and authenticity, is one of our most well-liked products. The ghee is prepared is by slowly cooking process for about 3.5 hours over gradually increased temperatures in non touch conditions. The SloCook process like in vintage times gives the ghee its rich aroma, golden granular texture and consistent quality which keeps the taste as rich as it comes from farms.
