We’re back with our perennial coffee from M.S. Estate, this time, with a tantalising aroma of caramelised nuts and dried fruits — perfect for a delicious start to your day. This is a washed coffee, belonging to the Ethiopian Heirloom variety which gives the coffee a sweet, fruity flavour profile. Our roasters have profiled this one as a medium roast to bring out its notes of caramel, apricot and roasted almonds, and a sweet aftertaste of stone fruits with a hint of florals. We recommend enjoying this medium-bodied coffee as an Espresso or a Pour Over or brewing it in the Moka Pot or an AeroPress.
