Start with clean, dry lips. Open the liquid lip gloss tube and remove the applicator wand. Use the wand to apply a small amount of lip gloss to the center of your upper lip. Carefully spread the gloss outward, following the natural contour of your lips. Repeat the process on your lower lip, applying the gloss evenly.
