Vaginal dilators are tube-shaped devices made of plastic or medical-grade silicone that are used to stretch the vaginal tissue. They are also sometimes called inserts. Vaginal dilators come in kits with different sizes, ranging from small (about the size of a finger) to large. Some kits also come with a handle to make it easier to hold the dilator while you're using it.
