It is known by other names like Bhoot Jolokiya, Raja Mircha /Mirchi, Ghost Chillies, Naga Chily, King Chilly. Ghost Pepper is one of the hottest chilli peppers in the world and it grows in the hills of Nagaland, Manipur, Assam and Meghalaya. We craft our pickle using the fully ripened, farm fresh red chillies with no to very few green chilly. The chillies are cut into two three pieces mixed with premium quality desi Indian achar masala and raw mustard oil (Kachhi saro oil) and cured in sun for 15 days. It is made in small batch of 10 kg per day so that we can maintain a control on the quality of the achaar and serve you with the authentic homemade achar of thiki mirchi or spicy pickel. An Assamese food or Naga food is incomplete without ghost pepper pickled chilli. We also have other products like Bans ka achar or Achari Bamboo shoot pickle, Fermented Bambooshoot / khorisa / soibum, Akhuni, Kimchi, Radish pickle. This is a pure vegetarian pickle. It contains no garlic, no oinion and no ginger.
