He was the Secretary & CEO of CalcuttaManagement Association and Managing Director of PREX Miniclocks Ltd. (an Indo-German venture) before setting up Asia’s only multi-disciplinary human resource management & development organization Learning Club in 1983. A human resource expert and trainer of reute, Dr Ganguli has travelled and lectured widely in India and the neighbouring countries as well as in Europe & UK, USA & Canada and Australia.
