About the Author J. Joseph Francis is an Assistant Professor in the area of Operations and Decision Sciences at the Karunya University Business School of Karunya University, Coimbatore. He has a mix of both industry and teaching experience. He was also an entrepreneur. He has experience in the field of project management and channel management. However, his interest to disseminate knowledge and interact with students led him to the academic field. He completed his Bachelors in Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore and MBA from the School of Management of Pondicherry University. He was awarded Ph.D. for his thesis on service quality and productivity by Anna University, Chennai.
