Safe to use, non toxic Plastic. The seat can be opened by pressing its rear side. The suspension on back (rear) moves up & down when pressed from the end of the seat. The handle bar tilts to some extent, both sides, left & right. No assembly or battery required. The pull back action can be changed to bike stand with a simple tool that is available in pack itself. Pull back action means, toy moves to some distance on its own when pulled back & released. For Girls & Boys, 3 to 12 years of age.
