Denji was a part-time devil hunter who was merely trying to get by in a hostile environment. He is brought back to life by his pet devil Pochita after dying while performing his duties, and he now goes by the name Chainsaw Man. Chainsaw Man has so far eluded Makima's attempts to subdue him, but she has just revealed the full scope of her schemes.
