He has an oceanic teaching experience of 27 years including nine post doctoral UGC Associa-teship at the Indian Institue of Advance Studies, Shimla. He has been a member of the Research Degree Committee ( R.D.C)-America Biographic Institute, USA. He is also an active member of the International Association of Teacher of English as a Foreign Language (IATEFL),U.K. Khan also has eight books against his name which includes-Layers of Violence in the Novels of George Orwell, Nissim Ezekiel-Poetry as Social Criticism , A Holistic Approach to Communication, George Orwell: The Way to 1984, Ernest Hemingway-Short Stories and Humanism, Ruth Prawer Jhabwalas Friction-Existential Modes and Stylistic Patterns, Jayanta Mahapatra ??? His Mind and Art, Grooming the Middle-Life and Perspective in the Novels of E.M. Forester, while three of his literary works are under publication. He is a Ph.D. And M.Phil. Supervisor in four of the renowned universities all across India. Seven of his Research Scholars have been awarded Ph. D. whereas fives work has been submitted. Sixty students have received M.Phil. Guidance from Professor Khan in various universities across india. He has also attended numerous National and International Conferences and presented scholarly research papers. Khans academic and literary warehouse has much to offer to the world of literature. His interest ambit includes- Afro-American, Commonwealth and Contemporary Literature, Cultural Studies and English Language Teaching (ELT). He is currently working as a Professor of English at Govt. College, Utai, Durg (C.G.).
