This book introduces Bheem, a 9 year old fun-loving kid with superhuman strength. He is a superhero-of-sorts who uses his strength to protect Dholakpur from all kinds of danger. A food lover with a large caring heart, Bheem has many friends including Jaggu, Chutki, and Raju. Bheem has a rival called Kalia Pehalwan who constantly tries to put Bheem and his friends down but he never succeeds. He has other enemies in Dholakpur such as Mangal and Kichak Singh. But no matter what the problem or danger is, he always saves the day with Lord Ganesha and his other friends. Lord Ganesha and Chhota Bheem are not just the best of friends, but also the young warriors and protectors of the kingdom on whom the King and his daughter blindly trust. In this volume, Dholakpur comes under threat when two monsters attack the town and King Inderaverma entrusts the two heroes with the task of defeating these dragons. Of course, both these heroes need their sidekicks for help and the novel introduces the various characters including Mushik, Lord Ganesh’s companion mouse.
