Dal Bati churma it is one of the famous dishes of Rajasthan on every best occasion we prepare the Dal Bati Churma the Dal is prepared using tuvaar dal, chana dal, mung dal, moth dal, and urad dal and Bati is a hard bread made up of wheat flour commonly known as aata.
