It lights in any type of weather,wind doesn't affect it at all,neither does rain. It can be used in camping.waterproof lighter,metal-ring sealed lighter cover and locking clasp,water does not seep inside. Charge with USB. Charging time is 1-2 hours. Once charged completely it will hold a charge long enough to light up a cigarette up to 100-200 times on that charge.
