The author Dr.Sheetal Kanwal has so far presented more than 30 books on law especially to cover the LL.M. curriculum. Among one is this text book which very well caters for the need of LL.M. students.In this book "Comparative Criminal Procedure", the author has made a sincere attempt to put in one place all the topics in the curriculum of LL.M.
