As computer education is being imparted in every class and the objective of the book is to prepare the students and imbibe in their minds the utility of computer applications and build enthusiasm adopt the knowledge in their future course of studies. This book is prepared according to the guidelines provided by NCERT. The student has been provided with the insight of software development. The pictures in the book are mainly based on window XP operating system and office XP application package. It is earnestly felt that this book will help the students in acquiring the necessary computer knowledge required for even higher classes. The book is styled in a fashion to keep the facts simple and to the point .Memorizing important points has been created along with objective and short question to practice and revise each lesson. Suggestions to improve are always welcome.
