Traditional Students In a nontraditional Class: Traditional students may not easily modified to non-traditional class for teaching –learning processes because, we have 60 students in our class, I observed in my class, students with different disciplines, behaviors and different learning skills. If we provide sufficient structure and guidance in the new teaching methodology in nontraditional/dynamic class room helps us to control the emotional competence of educator and students by the end of the course most of the students will reach satisfactory levels of both performance and acceptance of responsibility for their own learning. Syllabus and active learning process by faculty concerns: Due to prior planning of course, we can balance the syllabus by using activity based teaching or active learning process. The planning of courses are lesson plans, active learning exercises, more productive approach course notes, detailed derivations, complex diagrams-in handouts and sprinkling questions and instructions like "Prove," "Justify," "Verify," "Explain" throughout the presentation.
