Crescendo is the second title in the quartet of the young-adult supernatural series written by Becca Fitzpatrick. Summary of the Book Nora and Patch are having a hard time as their relationship has hit a rough spot. Patch has stopped returning Nora’s calls and does not admit that he loves her when she confesses her love for him in his car. But she is extremely hurt when she comes to know that he has been standing outside of Marcie, a rival girl’s window. Patch will be sent to hell if he tells Nora that he loves her. This breaks out into a fight and Nora fires him as her guardian angel! Will the two be able to sort out their differences? What role does Rixon, a fallen angel play in their lives?
